Eligible Cigna members can often receive $0 virtual and in-person lactation visits through Wildflower Health.
Eligible Anthem members enrolled in Building Healthy Families can receive $0 virtual lactation visits through Wildflower Health.
If you have Horizon BCBS, Medicaid, or certain UHC Oxford/EPO plans, visits are self-pay. I can provide a superbill so you can request out-of-network reimbursement if your plan allows.
Telehealth coverage varies by insurance plan. If your insurance does not cover telehealth, you may still choose to book a self-pay virtual visit.
