Catherine was such a huge help when my son was born, and through the many early challenges of breastfeeding. I found her to be non judgemental when I felt the need to supplement with formula, but still celebrated with me when I made it back to EBF. Booking Your Lactation Consultation

Initial Visit Fee: $330 (out of network)
After your visit, I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
For Aetna and Cigna clients, home visits will be billed directly through insurance.

Travel Concierge Fee: $135
An additional out-of-pocket travel concierge fee applies for all home visits. This fee covers the convenience of bringing all necessary equipment to your home and is not eligible for insurance reimbursement. This fee assumes a drive of 20 minutes or less from my office; longer distances will incur additional charges based on the travel rate.

Availability:
Appointments are limited and available only in Montclair and surrounding towns. Please note that travel and concierge fees apply for home visits.

In-Office Visits:

Appointments are confirmed once intake and consent forms are signed. This form is for inquiry purposes only, and I will respond with available options.
Home Visit Considerations:

If anyone in your household is feeling unwell, please reschedule.
Partners or caregivers (adults only) are welcome to attend.
Please keep pets in another room during the appointment.
Clear a table or countertop with a power outlet available for the pediatric scale.
Be prepared to share your Wi-Fi password if my hotspot is not strong.
