Catherine was excellent! I had trouble getting a good latch which was causing discomfort. Catherine was very thorough and helped me understand how my baby can get a better latch, comfortable position for me and baby and sent me resources for me to review. I left her office with a better understanding and have been able to breastfeed my baby more vs exclusive pumping. I went 3 weeks from my discharge date and wish I would have visited her earlier! -Brenda A.

Can you help me increase my milk supply?
Yes, I can help you, but I can't do it for you (I wish I had a magic wand!). Think of it like this: I can give you the best running shoes ever, but you still have to put them on and run to improve!
Increasing milk supply is usually about increasing how often you remove milk. So, at first, don't worry too much about how much you're getting when you pump – focus on how frequently you're emptying your breasts, either with your baby or a pump (or both!).
There are also things called galactagogues (like oats or fenugreek – but avoid fenugreek if you have a thyroid issue) that can help give you a boost.
The key is frequent stimulation = more milk. It might feel like thankless work at first, but you're putting in the time to get the reward – it just takes a few days. I know, Amazon has spoiled us all!
As always, there are exceptions to every rule, and that's where my expertise comes in. I can help you:

"We went to Catherine because our newborn was having some difficulty latching and feeding. She was fantastic! Catherine made us feel relaxed and helped us understand step by step what she was doing and seeing and what we needed to do to help our baby feed better. ... we went for a follow up visit and again received stellar service. I feel much more confident feeding my baby and Catherine created a plan and tips to help us keep the gains we’ve made. I can’t say enough about Catherine. She has an easy going personality and makes you feel right at home as well as not feeling judged. Catherine is very knowledgable and shares what she knows in a way that’s easy to understand. She also does a lot of demonstration and send you home with pictures or video links so you can reference them later." G. Ricotta
